Farewell to Stan

This afternoon we say goodbye, in a service of thanksgiving for his life now ended, to our dear friend, Reader and 9.00 congregational leader Stan Carpenter. Stan has meant so  much to so many of us, and will be dearly missed. Well done, good and faithful servant: enter now into the joy of your Lord.

Alpha AwayDay

   A delicious meal was enjoyed by all    with many thanks to all who catered and served.   The teaching was inspirational, the fellowship was warm, and many had a fresh encounter with God and His Holy Spirit.                                                       

Community Garden Project

The landscapers are at work, shaping the garden, and it is wonderful to have visible progress at last on this final stage of our Trinity Project! We look forward to the paving-and-planting stages and continue to dream of an inspiring outdoor space, sometimes busy, sometimes peaceful, always beautiful and good for the soul.

Church Roof Repairs 2016/17

Church Roof Repairs 2016/17 The South Aisle roof has been restored with new boarding and lead sheeting.  All gullies and outlets have been renewed or refurbished.  The roof of the South Nave, has been recovered in Welsh slate with new under-felting.  Together these two areas of roof are set to outlast the 21st century.
