Welcome to the Arena Nailsea homepage. We hope you like the new name which is designed to bring all our activities for blokes under one clear umbrella. There is plenty to get involved with and all of them are open to all.
By far the best way to keep in touch with whats going on is to connect with us on Facebook.

Phil Williams is the person to contact re events under the Arena name. Do get in touch if there is anything you’d like to know, or if there is something else you think we should be doing. Click here to email Phil.
EVENT NOTICE
Calling all men! We have been invited to join men from Nailsea Baptist Church and other local churches for an evening of worship and challenge. 7:30pm Monday 5th June at Nailsea Baptist Centre, Silver Street. Should be a really encouraging time
Bike to Breakfast
Every other month on a Sunday morning a group of guys who enjoy cycling go out on the bikes, enjoying a hearty breakfast, before returning home before lunch. An early start but well worth it! Contact Trevor for more information.
The Big Breakfast
Every other month we meet at the Old Farmhouse pub in Trendlewood estate on a Saturday morning to eat a full English breakfast and listen to a guest speaker. All for just a fiver! Contact Phil to find out details of the next breakfast.
Nailsea Mountain Rescue
The Nailsea Mountain Rescue Team is the excuse we tell the wives to obtain a late pass. We meet up at a pub in one of the surrounding villages to Nailsea, meeting at 2000hrs. We then spend a couple of hours chatting over a beer or two before departing for home between 2200 and 2230 hrs. We then use the local footpaths to walk back through the countryside to Nailsea. Ideally the walk will take between 1 and 1.5 hours to complete. Walking boots are recommended as some of the paths can be very muddy. Social members of the rescue team can arrange for transport to take them straight home from the pub. The walks are held on the last Friday in the month in March, May, July, September and November. The annual dinner is held on the last Friday in January at the Old Farmhouse in Trendlewood, when partners are invited to attend.
Click to contact Tim for information on the next meeting and for more information on the Annual Dinner.
