New Vicar Licensed

After almost a year of praying and waiting, we are pleased that James Packman has been licensed as our new Rector. The service was held yesterday with Bishop Ruth and Archdeacon Adrian making sure all the necessary legal bits were said and signed. There was great worship led by the band. Bishop Ruth spoke about…

Fairtrade Fortnight

Fairtrade fortnight is nearly over, but God’s commitment to justice remains unchanged. The goods pictured can all be purchased regularly in our local supermarkets, and fairtrade bananas and wines are also readily available. Look out for the faitrade logo and do your bit towards a fairer world.

Planting/weeding/pruning parties are a lot of fun, and it’s so exciting to see…

Annual meeting 2017

At our meeting last night, 24 April, James spoke movingly about our church life together, especially commending to us our verse for 2017: May our God of hope fill you with great joy and peace as you trust in him. (Romans 15.13) In particular, he reminded us that we may be ‘between rectors’ but we…
