Neil is not strictly employed by us, but we contribute to his salary as part of the Christians Together venture to employ him. He is part of the family and can often be found working alongside the team here.  He is based at Nailsea Secondary School as part of his work with Christians Together. He is married to Jen and has 2 boys called Ruaridh and Noah. He enjoys skateboarding, buying vans shoes and cooking good food.
