This is a unique opportunity to join the Church as it launches its new vision. We are a medium-sized evangelical Anglican church in North Somerset and are keen to grow. You will play a key role in providing high-quality strategic and day-to-day management of the church’s operations and oversee the non-ministerial staff and volunteers.
The successful candidate will have a positive and productive outlook with a high level of initiative, competence and confidentiality in their professional capacity at Holy Trinity Church. You will need a ‘can do’ attitude and will need to be highly flexible, covering many roles.
This is a challenging role, requiring calm efficiency, an eye for detail and good humour, and the ability to build strong and positive relationships with all. The candidate should have excellent IT skills, be well organised, have a professional approach to work and be able to prioritise workloads to meet critical deadlines.

There is a genuine occupational requirement (GOR) that the post holder is a Christian. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required. All applicants are required to have permission to work in the UK.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday–Friday, with some evening and weekend work.
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 — Closing date: Monday 18 February — Interview date: Monday 4 March.
